I think the Roma game tomorrow is very nervy. We have quite a few injuries for so early in the season{how does that happen}

Palermo will be pumped for the game and I would be happy with a point to start the season, although 3 will be better

Quite the opposite then! Don't support an Italian team as such, but if there's anyone I have a soft spot for it's probably Roma..

Giuly looks to have settled in immediately, is impressive that you played like that (in the first half especially) despite there being no Juan, Mancini, Perrotta, and Pizarro (though I prefer Aquilani in to him anyway). Doni looked pretty solid throughout, hopefully he can work on his consistency.

And hopefully it won't be long before the monster that is Barusso makes his first appearance 8-)

A great performance by us last night. Although Palermo got into the game in the second half they never looked like winning the game. This is a good start.

For 45 minutes we were AMAZING! Ive never seen roma play like that! We were running down every ball, giving 110%. Ive never seen Roma play like that. Aquilani's goal was great! We tired in the second half but at least we defended well. Giuly played well and it seems like he has always played for Roma, he fits in so well. Who will Spalletti play when Pizarro comes back from injury? Aquilani or Pizarro? Aquilani was man of the match last night. I hope we can keep thsi form up. It was a great match. Fast attacking football for 90 mins.

Good to see some big names coming out and showing their admiration of and respect for Roma, including Kaka, Inzaghi and Mancini.

If Totti gets injured for any substantial length of time though, I'm not sure you can keep pace with the title leaders. Hopefully as well you can keep some consistency in your form rather than play awesome one week, then draw with the likes of Ascoli or Siena the next. Guess the new additions to the squad should help that.

With Perrotta back, please play him instead of that f'n scrub Vucinic!!!

Lyon offering 10 mill for Mancini? Hmmmmm... Tempting but It would depend on what really is going on behind the scenes at Trigoria. If he is unhappy, sell him and get the money.

I agree about Vucinic.. he may have improved a bit since last season but i still think he is a waste of space.

Looks like we will get Man U in the first group stages of the champions.. i dont think we'll get through the first stage this year.

Distinti Sud, to begin with, hopefully climb into Curva depends what police is like on the day.
My friends might enter in curva nord though, and if they don’t manage to climb across to me, I'll just stay in distinti sud.

So maybe you can see me doing my Spiderman impression into the curva, should be a good laugh for you as I struggled last time, it took me at least 3 attempts. :-(

Ah so this is where everyone has moved to?! Great champions league draw.4 tough games.Im happy we got Man U though.We can finally get revenge or play to our potential.

Great first game of the season as well.Saw the Palermo match,and we were great.Wonderful passing.Im impressed with Vucinic as well.He's played well for the super coppa and the first match.Forza Roma! :-D
