If tonight's defeat has nothing to do with it, why announce it now. Way to act like a child who's taking his ball and going home.

Pathetic.

Timing does seem a little odd, and suggests a somewhat impulsive decision.
Still, a case of jumping before he got the shove in the summer one thinks.

Morratti did talk about his respect for Mourinho a few days ago...

Bizzare stuff, couldn't come at a worse time - 6 points between the 1st and 2nd places, Cl exit and mancio walks ?!!? Something stinks here, has mad max already sorted a replacement then ? Is this the reason for Mancio's statements ?

Why leave now?

Inter haven't had any competition in the last two seasons due to the repercussions of calciopoli so is Mancini jumping ship before Juve and Milan can compete again and therefore be actually tested as a coach next season?

Mancini hasn't proved himself yet, he's obviously just running now because he's a wimp or can't handle the pressure at the top.

I remember Mancini playing for Sampdoria many years ago and being very upset when he was (deservedly) booked.  He went up to the ref, gave him a volley of abuse and was already trotting off the field before the ref had a chance to get his red card out and wave it angrily at him.  What an entertainer!  A lunatic, but a very entertaining lunatic.  I don't think there's enough money in Italian football these days for Mourinho.  There's no chance of him "killing" Chelsea with the shower of sh*te that is Inter.  Or Milan for that matter.  Both teams are now lagging too far the best teams (and richest clubs) in Europe.  He'll only go to Inter if there's no offer from either Real, Barca or Liverpool and chances are that one of those three will offer him a job.

Irish radio (newstalk.ie) have reported that Figo had told Mancini that he was 100% fit, refused to go on, then Mancini saw Figo and Moratti hugging after the game, then Mancini got furious (obviously felt undermined).

It's probably bullshit though.

Maybe Mancini saw them hugging and wanted a threesome and Moratti told him to wait for sloppy seconds! Certainly seems more plausable.

Will he go off crying again when they loose their next match?

"Booohooohooo, the world is against me"

"Where-are-my-toys-?"

Complete sap!

This thread shows that football is used as an outlet for the masturbation of people's egos and the release of negativity.

Cool. Just to let you know..I dont think he cares.

p.s. he's a born winner who's accomplished so much. Maybe you could model some of the positive things he does and achieve an awesome level of success and fulfilment yourself..

Of course he doesn't care, it's not like he reads the forum.

A winner!!!

Mancini hasn't accomplished anything.
When Milan and Juve recover from the repercussion of calciopoli and assemble squads capable of challenging Inter, then Mancini can merit winner status if Inter win.

As regards your constant comments of innuendo against me, it's your answer for everything said against Inter.
