I've looked at the admin bit of the board and there doesn't appear to be a ban on signatures. Myles will know, of course.

Thanks for the tip-off, i wouldn't have know as i don't use sigs myself.
Not sure what's wrong, as Dave said it's configured to show the sigs. The css code for the sigs in the template for viewing topics, seems to be okay.
Either one of two things, i've screwed up somewhere or the company that provides the website have disabled it from their end, most likely my fault though.
I'll try get it sorted.

Other forums with the same company have sigs so it's not the company's fault, it's mine.

anselmi,
Do you know if the sigs haven't appeared just since today or have they been gone for weeks?

I hadn't really noticed it until Anselmi mentioned it, but when I think about it, I don't think I've seen my signature for at least a few days...

The following member has been deleted: [url=http://orgazmuda.ru.
Reason: Member tried to register their username as a dot (.) and have it link to a website. The forum doesn't allow usernames to be 'links' to other websites and so the forum registered the name as part code and it is assumed the member now doesn't know their username for logging in. A fake (or full capacity) email address was submitted and so a new username and password could not be issued. The person can re-register with a username that isn't a url link.
Footnote: The forum setup requires people to register with an email address. However, we don't care what your email address is, so you don't have to use a real email address. Anyone who has registered with their real email address can change it in their profile if they so wish, however note that you cannot be contacted should you want your username or password changed.

Changing Usernames
If anyone wants to change their username (i.e. would like to change a letter to caps, or just wants a totally different username) can do so by emailing myself at: forumpredictions@yahoo.co.uk
or by sending a private message to any of the Site Admins.

Further to Myles' message about having to delete a username, I've just taken care of 3 new usernames that were web addresses.
I can't remember all three names, but one was something like 'buycheapviagra.biz' and had a link to their site.
Names like these will continue to be removed, so I wouldn't bother if I were you... _________________ ACF FIORENTINA:FORZA LA VIOLA

Yeah, i can see them in the 'logs Actions' section of the administration panel.
These may be 'spam bots', so the visual confirmation has been enabled (new members will have to enter letters & numbers that they see in a picture box), this should be a deterrent for any spam bot.

I've added code that preloads images to your computers' cache, therefore when you are on the...
'index' page it preloads the images that will appear on the 'Football Italia Forum - View Forum' page
'Football Italia Forum - View Forum' page it preloads the images that will appear within each thread (except for the avatars)
thread page it preloads images that appear in the 'Post a reply' page.
In theory (and hopefully in practice too) this should make the various forum pages appear quicker, which would be more appealing to a first-timer accessing the forum from a search engine.

Just hit the C4 Football Italia with three new threads, two a tad more inconspicuous than the blatant posting of this forum's URL posing as a poll.
I'm hoping that the C4 Nazi-mods will be too busy keeping an eye on the Big Brother forums to notice my mildly anarchic acts for a while...

According to their Time Stamping thread they call their admins, engineers...whatever you're havin' yourself!
So will delete the link in the header when the blogs become a bit more out of date i suppose...

The first 3 have the same figures just pictured in different time periods (i.e. daily, weekly or monthly) so there really only need to view one of these i suppose.
