Is Vidic staying at Man U? I'd have thought Barca or Real Madrid would give him a contract, although maybe his p poor performances in Manu's big games last season count against him. It's a shame if he can't get his big move though because he'd certainly prove excellent back up for Marquez and Pique at Barca, and he'd get a starting berth at Real.
I'm looking forward to seeing how Fergie decides to spunk his Ronaldo money up against the wall.

Correct, I'm not one of the 'overwhelming majority' of United supporters who are so infuriated at the departure of Tevez that it's all they can do to text Sky Sports News... _________________ ACF FIORENTINA : FORZA LA VIOLA

Benzema is surely going to be on his way to United after the Tevez departure, what for Man U as a whole now, they've let go of their most skillful player and one with an incredible workrate..is it the end of an era?

No, it's not the end of an era. Scholesy, Giggsy and Neville G will be sticking around for another season, so United should be okay. With Carrick and Park Ji Sung providing the fantasy in midfield, I don't think there's too much to worry about at OT.
It's just a question of whether Fergie is able to add to this heady mix by unearthing another Veron, Berbatov or Kleberson.
There's not an awful lot between Barca and Man Utd. Just a wee gulf maybe.

Not half as big as the gulf between Leeds and Manchester.
That's huge.

Wouldn't it be amusing if Man City purchased all of the Gunners first team. It'd be like an Arse transplant. _________________ nino

Celtic is a great draw for Arsenal. Easier than facing Fiorentina. Lyon, Atletico, Panathinaikos or Sporting

Chelsea has been banned from signing any players until January 2011!
Why? Because they 'induced' a player not even 16 years old to breach his contract with Lens.

I'm happy he's gone. I'm sure he was sacked due to the Kakuta thing. I just think football would be better off without people like him. Football has become too much of big business and has moved too far away from its grassroots. _________________ CFC

He'll probably get a job with Man City.

He's still going to be working for Chelsea in an advisory capacity in different administational roles in the short to medium term future.
Kenyon, who insists he has "at least one major challenge left", will continue at the club on UEFA and the European Clubs' Association committees and will be one of the representatives in the Gael Kakuta case, regardless of whether it is heard after his October 31 departure date.
What is it about him that causes you to heap such approbation in his direction. What exactly did he do to inspire such vitriol? _________________ For sale: Set of second-hand Dachshund stabilizers, a child's Paul Simon costume, a set of windmill Top Trumps, £45 in used fivers, a 'Diana Convoy' Scalextric set and a set of nested bunk beds that sleeps eighteen progressively smaller people.

Let me see as mentioned before he was (is?) a Man U fan, undermined Raneiri in his 1st season at the club trying to court Sven for the Chelsea job, the Cole tapping up thing, Kakuta (transfer ban) and came out with daft crap like "we are going to turn planet earth blue" and "by 2014 we will be the most important club in the world".
How many Juventini would want a self admitted Interista calling the shots? _________________ CFC

Abramovich has been undermining him and shrinking his role for abut a year now so, wrong or right, this comes as no surprise. _________________ http://bringtheparty.blogspot.com/

Motd2 did a good job of adding up the time for the Bellamy celebration and the Carrick substitution. They said that the ref should have blown at 95min 26sec and Owen scored on 95min 27 sec. Anyway it left Hughes with a face like a smacked arse, which was nice.

complained about the referee after a Man Utd defeat. IM IN SHOCK!
Can't wait for him to retire, of all the sports that I watch I have never known such a bad sport and sore loser, he sets a horrible example of sportsmanship and the authorities let him get away with it over and over again.
