Not anyone famous I know but an old friend from many years ago...
Alessio Adorisio
My aunt used to teach him and his brother Italian and we went to the same high school. Not sure if anyone has heard of the unsigned band called The Atats from Worcester in the W. Midlands, but he was the lead singer/guitarist. World is a worse place without him. Condolences to his brother Alain and the rest of the family.

Dorothy Layton, aged 96. Probably the last surving actor from the golden era of Laurel and Hardy. Was in "County Hospital" and "Pack Up Your Troubles".

Heard Denis Norden pontificating on the Radio about something a couple of days back, and as the first time I heard him was on 'My Music', my next thought was 'I wonder if Steve Race is still alive?'
I trust this doesn't mean that I'm developing Foro Angel of Death tendencies...

Michael Jackson?
Rushed to hospital after cardiac arrest, various rumours that he may have died...
Edit - Sky report
Going to bugger up his gigs at the O2...

It's a devastating blow to the world of plastic pop. He's hugely popular apparently although I've only ever met one person who's admitted to liking him. Still, he sold almost as many records as McDonalds sell Big Macs, so somebody must like him.
Will Radio stations play nothing but Ben and Th-Th-Th Thrillerrrrrr all day tomorrow? I'd have thought folk would turn off pretty quickly if they did.

You have to question the mentality of the man who emailed Sky News to say that Jackson 'touched so many people'.

Oh well, at least it doesn't specify the age of the many people he touched.
Well, seriously, it's such a shame, he could have continued to give the world amazing songs instead of going fame crazy and inviting little kids to his home.

Saw on the news one deluded fan holding up a recent picture of Michael Jackson on the front cover of 'EBONY' magazine. Shurely shome mishtake?
Yuri Geller, personal friend and 'psychic': "I'm so absolutely shocked by this news." Didn't he know it was going to happen?
Waiting for the conspiracy theories. And the jokes, people. Don't let me down. _________________ My Jamaican missus trying to describe Amy Winehouse the other day: "What's the name of that coke head woman who went to St Lucia?"

Jackson is gone, Beat It I kind of liked because of Eddie Van Halen guitar solo.
Now Paris Hilton please!

THIS JUST IN!
Michael Jackson isn't dead.
Reports confirm that he appeared at Costco an hour ago.
Apparently, he had heard that little boys' pants were half off!
