Must look for a stream for that particular ESPN channel.

Anyone know if you can get it on freeview? |
Brilliant. I'm in (as long as they get JR).

Great news. I'm hoping Mr. Richardson is hosting.
Now I can watch the match on a big tv with friends instead of a small computer screen on my own.

Not on Sky Nigel, you have to pay for it, £9 extra per month

ESPN is available through a freeview box like Setanta was , however it's not free, you have to pay for it to be unlocked.
Good news though.

Brilliant news! Even better you can definitely get it through Freeview so no need to subscribe to the evil empire that is SKY!
This was posted on Digital Spy -
| Quote: | As an ex Setanta subscriber,I have just subscribed to ESPN.
Same terms as Setanta and free connection and 1st month free, then £9.99 a month.
If you Pre-registered an interest,you need to phone them on 08444 - 156 - 256
They told me they can't process your application online, and they don't have time to call everyone back. |
There were also two other tel nos mentioned - 0131 348 8623 & 08444 158 158.
Think that means to subsribe you'll need a Freeview box with a CAM slot and one of these - CAMS
ESPN have only recently confirmed they will be available via Top Up TV and hence Freeview so I wouild imagine they will be able to make their own CAMS available soon? So even though (based on accounts on Digital Spy) the old Setanta CAMS still work it may be worth waiting until they start to make their own?

I know it's early days, but I've got a proper lob on for ESPN already...
I'm a fan of Die Bundesliga, so Wolfsburg v Stuttgart last night and Hoffenheim v Bayern Munchen this evening have been warmly received in Casa de Mezz, but to find the Super Coppa Italia sandwiched in between these two games this afternoon was just epic.
£9.00 per month, no subscription, three Serie A games a week plus 'no plans whatsoever to raise the subscription fee after the increased VAT hits us in 2010' equals one happy f**king subscriber right here. _________________ ACF FIORENTINA : FORZA LA VIOLA

Who gives a f**king shit?
You get 3 live games, end to end, each week.
Don't start getting fussy now. _________________ ACF FIORENTINA : FORZA LA VIOLA
