I just got it yesterday and it aint bad for 3 months.  I can see what the coverage is like and return to streaming if its terrible.

Shame there isnt a HD option as Im sure Sky Italia broadcast HD now in Italy.

Have Setanta confirmed whether they are showing it on Setanta 1 or on the other channels yet?

I've only got freeview and there's no way I'm going to pay for sky to get access to Setanta 2 etc!

Hmmm. The Setanta site is now showing French Ligue 1 football in the slots we hoped were reserved for Serie A. What's going on? JR did say Setanta had the rights, didn't he?

Very dissappointed to see no games will be shown on Setanta this weekend. I've emailed them earlier this week but no reply.

I'm gonna be so pissed off if I've signed up based on bogus information.

Is that not an issue for trading standards? Can I sue JR???!

Word is that Setanta was put off Serie A when it discovered that games would be streamed free on the internet. They're now mulling over whether to go ahead and buy the UK TV rights.

It's been suggested that it might help if calciofili email Setanta and show our enthusiasm to watch calcio on a proper telly. The address is customerservices@setanta.com

Unless it was written on the homepage under their news bit where they say what rights they have, I wouldn't have subscribed based on some rumours ;)

GianCarlo, very true.  Not helpful, and kind of mean to the idiot (me) thats now stuck watching French football with a horrid yellow and black font scheme and Paul Parker as match pundit.

Well I only hope for all our sakes that it does indeed materialize.

Could be worse, I subscribed for a year when they last showed it.

Tried Bet365, quality is ok but you need a magnifying glass......

I'm not sure what rules are about posting to free streaming sites so if anyone wants to know which I use please PM me.

Here is a quick screengrab I did so you can see the quality for yourself, commentary on this particular channel is English.
