Hope  De Rossi isn;t injured too badly.   After watching his last few PK's, doesnt surprise me that he missed.   But still a champion in my book

De Rossi should never have taken the penalty last night.  Have to say Aquilani didnt get into the match at all.  Hopefully he did enough to put off potential buyers!!!

Not a good sign, but 9.5 mill for Vargas is too much

I am not sure about Totti returning to La Nazionale.   He is getting older and is hurt at the moment.  

I also think the Italy squad should move forward with more youth.

Then again, he is Totti!

Youth my friend, youth. And a very good job you do too.
I hope Roma take the route Arsenal did. You are unlikely to be major forces unless/until you get a major takeover. But invest wisely in youth and play the best football in the league whilst remaining competitive and playing CL football every year and you can be happy...no?

Yes but we've just lost our so called best youth player for peanuts, we do have good first team but as soon as one or two players fall injured there is a lack of quality to truly replace them.

Any team needs a squad with depth to compete year on year and I still think ours is a bit lightweight. We need more quality in reserve and that's something we don't have at the moment. We definitely need at least one centre forward before the season starts.
