Still not convinced we should be re-upping Juan for more cash.   He is always out with a hangnail or something, and we still don't look that great in the back when he is playing.

While we dont know who will own the club next season we cant buy players...in the mean time all the others clubs are buying up anyone we are interested in.

i've not been around for months!

Despite actually living in Rome i've been so busy with being erasmus and suchlike i've barely kept up with the football but what with it being the last game of the stagione and tickets being a mere €5 for women i finally went and now i wish even more i'd gone 8 months ago!!! Oh and Vucinic was rubbish...

Nice way to end the season- with a win.

Welcome back Rosa, we missed ya!

Another typical Roma summer-  manager in limbo, ownership in limbo, no new buys until things sorted out, waiting to the last minute.

Never a dull day at Trigoria!

The match was sooooo boring!  I was playing with camera and missed torino's second goal.  my friend told me they had scored and I thought he was joking!  I only realised they had 5 mins after the end when I saw the score onthe screen!

We were  terrible as usual and lucky to win.  The crowd are still against the team so it wasnt a great end of season atmosphere.  The stadium was half empty.   Of the 8 of us that have season tickets only 2 have continued to go to the matches since the Arsenal match...  Finally the season is over!

Candela has he his Goodbye to calcio match this Friday so hopefully we will finally get to see Montella on the pitch.  Cant believe he didnt play yesterday.

Not many players came until the Sud at the end.  Would have been nice to see Panucci say goodbye... and Spalletti....  Cute to see the players kids on the pitch playing though.

i spent the match watching the toro fans! I only knew they'd scored the second goal because i was in the curva nord so it happened literally in front of me. It was actually a really good goal...

Yeah, the season end was not too exciting.

Before we bring any new players, can we offload our crap ones first?

Too bad Quagliarella has already joined Napoli, I think he could've been a decent signing.

Napoli are apparently also after Ameila... as I said at this rate there will be no one left to buy.  Vucinic renewed his contract yesterday.

Hopefully by the end of the week we will know whether they are going to sell the club or not.

Just wanted to say hello! Been mad busy with work in the last month...

Well done to Roma at least holding it together to qualify for the Europe League even if the football wasn't pretty, my Scottish team got pipped at the post unfortunately!

Read up on all the news and it seems like things are in limbo until the potential takeover gets resolved, let's hope for a bit of progress and some talk of positive player movement, whether that's getting rid or making signings. If not it'll be another typical Roma summer as Duncan said!

At least it looks like Motta is staying, kind of signing we need, good young and Italian.

Now ship Doni out and Amelia in.

What's the deal for Motta? Has a fee been agreed in advance? If so I hope it's a done deal.

Amelia would be great signing if we could get our arse in gear.

I don't know if the fee has been agreed but they are reportedly exercising the option to make his contract permanent.

I'd still like Spalletti to continue if possible, especially if a takeover goes through with a bit of cash available.

Amelia loves Roma-- makes too much sense for us though.

I kind of am glad that Napoli got Quags.  He's from Naples, and turned down some bigger clubs

Plus, Roma Girl and I do have a soft spot for the Vesuviani

Apparently Spalletti had lunch with De Rossi and Totti last week to discuss whether the team wanted him to stay..they said yes.  He has a meeting with Rosella Sensi today... I hope he doesnt go.

I hope Spalletti stays as he is a good coach.
Just needs better tools with which to work.

He's got plenty of "tools" to work with already!

{have to know some American slang for that one- and it could be 2 different variations}

Interesting article that. I hope it's true Luciano is staying.
