Erm Zeds, you're on the wrong forum if the return of football is a BTTMMU. And I'm the EPL's biggest critic but I can't wait for the season to get underway, although my mute button will be firmly depressed during any Sky coverage.

Trying to book a week off work (a month in advance so they'd have plenty of notice).  Only for them to say noone is having any time off cos it's freshers week!  Welll I'm sorry but I'm definately having the Friday off cos I'm going to a memorial gig!  Grrrrrr

Two days into my new job and I'm feeling really blue. It's all good and all, nearer home, nice people, and interesting work. But, God, I hate change.
I'm a creature of habit, and find it really difficult to adjust to the slightest changes in life. Feeling really horrible at the moment and have this really odd feeling in the depths of my spirit.

Anyhoo, I know it'll get better but aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!!!!

I hate change to, but I've always found that any uncomfortale feeling quickly disappears when starting a new job.

Not being able to have any time off from work til the end of October!!!  Apparently the diary is full til then!  Told the HR manager (if you can call her that) that if I died from exhaustion before then it would be all her fault!  All I want is some proper sleep!
