Because the gospel is based on mediaeval superstion and lies like all other fairy tale books for adults otherwise known as holy texts.

Just my opinion of course but try to refute it.

Kakà also only listens to Christian music. Doesn't know what he's missing out on the lad.

Mancini still in the headlines, from being sacked and replaced with Mourinho to now being a super tactician.

Can't believe the big hooha because we went 4-5-1. Thought we played better once we went back to 4-4-2 but hard to gauge as playing against 10.

Had Julio Cesar not made his double save in the opening minutes may have been a different game with different headlines.

Still believe Mancini is an up and coming coach and needs to be compared against Ancelotti when Carlo was in his fifth year of coaching. Mancio has improved year on year at Inter but needs to continue that curve, especially needs more nerve come knock out phases in Europe.

Julio Cesar shouldn't have had a double save to make - he ought to have done better with the initial effort.

Before thinknig about Mancini and the knock out stages of the CL, let's concentrate on getting through the Group stage

Always tough when the shot bounces in front of you.

If Inter don't make knockout stage, Moratti might contemplate paying out Mancini's contract. Definitely not a forgone conclusion as all sides in our group should be tough to beat at home.

I can't see Mancio leaving side should only get stronger from here as players return from injury and suspensions.

I don't know about anyone else but I find ardent atheists just as annoying as bible bashers.

Yes, I do.

Just for you two Inter Ateo and blackandblue, I’ve decided to change my Graphic Image from Van Basten to the Brazilian national team of which over half a dozen are wearing your favourite style t-shirt.

Though I should consider this carefully: I must be careful not to ‘offend’ anyone by ‘throwing it in other people’s faces’…

Praise the Lord and pass the ammo...

Maybe this subject needs another thread...

Blackandblue, we can split out the posts relating to religion, into another new thread if you like?

You're right: lets get back to what this forums all about.

I remember a while back Arsene Wenger said he couldn't give a damn about whether he fielded any English players or not.

I can't help but notice the ever-increasing demise of Italian players wearing the black and blue jersey.

So, to you Inter fans: do you care less? Or is it just the case of “If we win trophys, who gives a f*** about nationalities?”

Another point to ponder: Would you guys ever be in favour of UEFA introducing a new rule which means all teams must filed at least 5 players from the clubs represented country?

A similar rule exists in the CL, where 3 of your 25 man squad has to have been brought through the youth ranks of your club (although sending them overseas to a feeder club is deemed acceptable) and 6 of your 25 man squad must have been trained in your origin country for at least two years.

I think the SPL has a rule that 2 of your matchday squad must be under 21 and (or something similar), and if recent international results are anything to go by, it doesn't seem to be particularly detrimental...

Can only imagine that this would breach European employment rights. I think the only legal ruling could revolve around a quota based on EU nationals. This would still hit Inter hard. The push towards this is to improve "national team standards". The question has to be asked however, does a club exist to improve the standard of the national game or is it there to win as an entity in its own right?

I think most chairmen/directors who plough their millions into clubs could give a flying fart about the international game and see it at best as an irritation.

p.s cracking result on Saturday. I had the pleasure of watching it on betfair! Great performance and I wouldn't be so quick to jump on the "only 10 me" bandwagon. It is proved time again that 10 men can sometimes prove more difficult to beat than 11. We won with style, in total possession of the ball and to be fair could have made it 6 or 7. Very pleased to see Milan still stalling . . . . . put put put put couldn't get out of neutral and now they have truly found reverse gear. Long may it last . . . .

Nah, leave it, we all have to make our little points. I can disagree without killing anyone. Today.

Welcome to the Forum and this thread. Mostly European based members (hi Duncan) so don't be surprised if no-one replies to anything you ask for a while!
