I would advise strongly against buying anything from the people at www.romalazio.co.uk

Earlier, I sent them an email asking them some simple questions about how I would go about getting tickets from them etc. (See attached picture) and got a rather rude response!

Surely if you want custom, especially in this day and age of the internet, you'd be a little wiser about what you reply to customers!!!!

I've merged these two topics prior to eventually moving them in to the Ticket Info sticky thread at the top of the page.

Thanks, Mezz. Just wanted to make sure as many people see how rude that guy was so that they think twice about buying from them!

Unprofessional.......

I'm sorry to hear that, and apologies for the recommendation.

I've just done some scouting about and Lazio sell in Italy through LisTicket. The Fiorentina game won't be on there until the week beforehand but they have info for Atalanta at home if you want to get your bearings: http://www.listicket.it/dettaglio...nizzazione=121&lang=EN&S=

It won't be a sellout so buying through there shouldn't be a problem, then it'll be a pickup somewhere around the ground or in the city.

That's a bizzare email response.

Best to register on listicket now as it can be a tempermental site, so best to have yourself setup before the ticket sale.

hello. i'm heading to italy (staying in bologna) in a couple off weeks, and have noticed bologna are at home to parma on the sunday (i have no issues about getting tickets for this game). but have also noticed sassuolo are playing vicenza on the saturday (i believe this this is played in modena) my question is can i just walk up to the gate for the sassuolo match or do you have to go online to buy tickets.

I think they're saying you can buy their ticket in the Banca Popolare or at the stadium 3 hours before kickoff.

Someone else with a better translation might confirm.

Hi,

With my beloved Napoli near the final and facing Siena in the semis, i cant help but turn my head to seeing them in the final in Rome.
Has anyone got any experience from seeing the final and if so, where did they get their tickets from?

A friend went to a final in Rome a few years back, but I think that was in the days when it was over two legs - I'll ask him and let you know.  He took his wife to Rome for their 10th wedding anniversary and took her to the football! She wasn't surprised, on their first anniversary he took her to see England at Wembley!

We went to Milan for my friends 40th and took the wives to the San Siro - went to Prague for my 40th and took the wives to Slavia Prague, so they're used to it!

Hi guys, am after getting Napoli-Udinese tickets in October but having never bought Italian ticks before not sure of the process - is it possible to buy them online in advance? Lis ticket seem to only have season ticks up at the moment. I'm guessing that buying on the day at the box office is a no go! Grateful for any advice!

John, tickets normally go on sale 6 days before the game and usually you can pick them up at the stadium a few hours before the game.

Surely that has to be a wind up? Or a hacked email account?

You would hope so, but from we can tell the response was valid.

Never heard back from Luke about how he got on with his tickets. I hope he hasn't been standing under a flyover in Roma for the last 9 months waiting on some dude called 'Mario' turning up with an envelope for him...

Haha,

Seriously though, if I got an email like that, the guy would be getting a phone call first, then maybe a personal visit. What a bastard.

It's been a cold couple of months up here in Finland, but I've managed to catch a few games via television. In order to try and make up for my lack of watching some football, I'm trying to plan a little trip to catch the Inter vs. Milan game in late February.

So naturally, I have a couple of questions...

I'm trying to figure out a little plan for a weekend of football involving several games. The first one I would try to catch would be Hellas Verona on 23 Feb, then Atlanta-Roma on the afternoon of the 24th, and then the Inter-Milan game on the evening of the 24th. The Inter-Milan game is the top-most priority.

- Has anyone bought tickets online, (Viagogo?) and how did it work out? The last time I went to the San Siro, I had a relative pick up tickets for me. They should be able to do that again, but I'm trying to have a back-up plan in case they are on a business trip or something. Also, if tickets are bought online, how does the ID work out? For the above-mentioned game I had to send a copy of my ID in ahead of time, and bring it with me to the game.

- How about tickets for Serie B games? Where can one find those online?

- What about the day of the 24th? If I am trying to see the Atalanta-Roma game and then go from there to the Inter-Milan game, does that seem feasible? I've done the drive from Bergamo to Milan before, and it seems like it would work...? I could even just catch the first half of the game or something like that as well, the main goal would be to enjoy the Inter game.

- Do the dates change? I'm looking off of the Inter site and reading the dates in consideration of planning my travel days. I can't remember when all the dates get confirmed for Serie A and B, and the kick-off times as well. The Inter site has both of those listed for their own games through at least til 24 Feb. Of course if some weather or something gets in the way then I get that, but what about other changes?

- I take it Football-Italia has made a mistake in stating that the week 24's games will take place on 22 Feb.? The Inter site has week 24 as taking place on 10 Feb.

Okay, thanks for the help and hopefully everyone here is having a Merry Christmas season (or maybe a nice season depending on what you celebrate)!

Hey all, I am really, really out the loop with what's what these days. Have not been to Italy in nearly 3 years.

However, I should be changing that next week. Roma are playing Inter on Sunday 20th, does anyone know if I'd be able to buy in a Roma store the day beforehand or am I gonna run into restrictions?

I haven't booked flights yet so am thinking Milan-Bologna and Chievo-Parma as back up, am guessing they'll have tickets on the door beforehand.

Thank you.
