It was tainted by the fact you cheated off the pitch. If the allegations hadnt come to light it would still have been a dirty Scudetto. IT almost sounds like your upset your cheating came to light!

You were probably the best team with Capello. You still cheated. It's no defence in the 100m to say you were the best runner anyway if caught with banned substances in you!

And in 2001/02 there were some disgraceful decisions in the last 5 rounds of the season that allowed Juve to clinch the title on the last day. Inter v Chievo was particularly bad.

Anyway, you trivialise the issue by talking about refereeing mistakes on the pitch as it's impossible to say for certain whether they were honest or not. There is hard proof Moggi and Co cheated off the pitch. Whoops!

Bobo, if there's hard proof where is it?

The only "evidence" used to convict Moggi and Juventus was transcripts from phone conversations that were known to have been altered.  That's nothing near enough evidence for a fair conviction.

Those titles will always be tainted no-matter where they end up. I just don't want them to go to Inter

I blame Montezemolo the most if it turns out he schemed the whole thing in order to sell Juve for his Ferrari gains.

See, I think Myles makes a fair comment there. Fair dos.

If the telephone transcripts were known to be altered how come they were admitted?
How comes they used Swiss sim cards if not to avoid detection?

Guido Rossi, FIGC commissioner during the Calciopoli trial, also happens to be a good friend of Massimo Moratti and is/was an Inter shareholder.  He also went on to get a nice job at Telecom Italia after the trial.  Is that not a conflict of interests?

Those facts alone say an awful lot about the trial.

The SIM cards theory didn't prove anything either, and won't stand up in a creditable courtroom.  That came after the initial trial anyway.

Let's have a little look at Mr Rossi's CV shall we.

He graduated from one of Italy's top law schools with honours. So he is an extremely intelligent man. He then goes on to do a Masters at Harvard. He's bilingual (at least). He then goes on to teach Commercial Law at a variety of excellent universities.

in the world of finance he goes on to work for such big names as Credit Lyonnais, ABN Amro and Banca Popolare Italiana.

He has worked for both the UN and the EU at the highest levels.

He has published many books.

This is a guy with a CV that few in the world can come close to.

You would do well to find out who you are talking about before spouting defamatory statements.
Is he likely to have had such a glittering career if he was not an honest, hard-working guy?

No.

His record makes my head spin.

So he had a job with Telecom Italia for 7 months! Big deal. He immediately resigned as commissioner of the FIGC. This shows some awareness of minimising conflicts of interest.

He didnt unilaterally decide by himself to handle the case. He was chosen. With good reason. You'll have to come up with a bloody good case against those who chose him to preside over hearings to come anywhere close to being convincing.
Inter weren't suspected of anything in the case. For there to be a conflict of interests Inter have to be one of the parties. They werent.

For your sake, be careful what you read on the internet. There are nutters out there who will mount a convincing enough case to believe that 9/11 was down to the FBI.

With this in mind it seems funny that you discredit suspicious behaviour on behalf of Moggi and his associates on the grounds that the links are tenuous.
Reconsider?

Man, I changed my mind. I like you, you are great.

You are probably only guy in the world that claims Rossi isnt Moratti and Provera puppet.

Respect for you, especially as you are only man that believe that Moggi fixed refs for Berlusconi cup.

Moggi influenced refs, it is clear, but every other big club did the same thing and trial will end in that kind of conclusion.

About titles, no one serious cant think we didnt win it on the pitch...if you think different, I am really sad for your menthal health.

Look man, even Marco Matrix Merda understands it, it looks like you are only bigger 'Bobo' at Meazza than him.

They would give you some prize...it isnt easy to have lowest IQ at Meazza stadium.

It is like being best hockey player in Canada...fantastic achievement.

Complimenti.

All those things on his resume [CV] is precisely why I am suspicious of Rossi in these matters.

He has connections in all these areas.  A nobody couldn't get things done.

My conclusions-  Inter did have something to do with Calciopoli, how much I don't know.

Moggi is a dirty cheating rat,  BUT Juve were the best team those 2 years by far.  Look at the manager and the squad.

Both of those Scudetti should be left blank.
