That report is wrong.  Moggi has actually been given a suspended sentence.

Bobo, I've never claimed Moggi was a perfectly behaved individual, just that the original Calciopoli trials were a load of bullshit.  Whether he's innocent or guilty in this GEA World scandal, I have no idea.

18 month suspended sentence - word on the street is that this will completely implode on appeal rendering Moggi effectively innocent.

Cob Gigli has said that if this turns out to be the case then we will also appeal to get the 2 revoked titles back.  Admirable if too little too late.

European justice court will bring back our titles this year. Also there will be trial in Naples starting in second half of January.

As there is no any proof, it is clear what calciopoli was...

But rats are not guilty, we have to blame Gigli and Montezemolo because they didnt go to civil court in first place.

Bobo it wasnt tainted until Moratti, Telecom Italia and their kangaroo court tainted it.

We won those titles by obtaining more points on the field of play over a season.  

We didnt get dodgy decisions etc etc, if anything Capello's juve wiped the floor with everyone domestically even if he didnt get on with Capitano.
