Lambert was certainly the last Scot to win the champions league and i'm pretty sure he was the last Scot to play in the final, unless i've made a glaring error.
And to think he left them shortly afterwards for Celtic. Sammer and Moller weren't good enough for him, he wanted to line up with Tom Boyd and Tosh Mckinlay.

I'd agree with Pressley. He was at Rangers in the early 90s (and Rangers were in the 92 CL) and at Celtic last season (and they were, of course, in the CL last year). Thing is, I can't recall if he played in either '92/93 or last year...
Edit - first Google suggests that he was at Rangers in 92 but doesn't appear to have played in the CL.
