Italian newspapers online in english...

Apart from Gazzetta, are there any other Italian newspapers online that have an English version to read up on calcio?.

Cheers

Of course if you want to read about Italian football in English, you can't do better than this...

I don't know of any other italian newspapers translated into english, but i suppose you could put the webpage url address in an online translator such as google translator or babel fish translator.

.football-italia.net/ [edited by Dave simply because the spam block we have to impose on newer members makes the post look very odd]

Oh I know excellent website no argument from me there, I just mean direct from the Italian media on daily basis, ive googled etc. The gazzetta website links to Corriere in English but thats only the main news page & not the sport.

Oh well never mind. Thanks for quick replies.

I know, the online translators are a bit annoying when it's a long article, what with the translation being a bit dodgy and all. I just go by the FI website and get the low down on the general papers view from italian lads i meet when watching the games in the pub.

So cynical Bobo!

Usually Mods and the like don't partake in banter lest they be accused of having controversial views (as though that were a crime in itself).
If he makes a faux pas then he brings the website into disrepute.

In other news, chimpanzees are really cute as babies.

Then they should just have some big disclaimer in their sig like you see on some corporate emails. Then maybe mods would be able to actually express opinions... just a thought

I see your point Bobo.

I think it would be better if FI didn't feel they had to sensor themselves when it comes to banter, but they probably do have to self-impose a muzzle just to be sure. Plus since the FI username isn't the same person all of the time, their banter might vary to seem to be supporting Inter in one 'banter session' and then Milan in another 'banter session', which would be confusing!
